Michele Atkins grew up between Upstate New York and East Tennessee before beginning her career in local television in Buffalo, working hands-on in camera and lighting for news and public access programming. After earning a degree in Communications with a focus on Video Field Production and Documentary Filmmaking, she moved to Los Angeles and built a career spanning production, marketing communications, branded storytelling, photography, social content, documentary, and integrated campaigns.

Over the years, Michele has worked across agencies, networks, brands, and mission-driven organizations — leading projects from early creative development through final delivery. Her experience includes production strategy, messaging and content development, art builds, casting, scheduling, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration across both live-action and post-production environments.

Michele brings a hands-on approach to both creative storytelling and operational leadership — helping teams navigate shifting priorities while keeping projects thoughtful, organized, and moving forward. She's worked with activations, social content planning and website creation.
